That was fun

What ho!

Just got back from The Glade yesterday, it was a rather jolly affair although admittedly rather damp during the actual festival. Knee deep in mud in places, river running through one of the main stages, that sort of thing.

Developments.

I stayed in a tent for a bit, didn't turn into a girl.

I have figured out how to raise the money to get to South America.

Have got a job working at Glastonbury next year.

I'm moving into a flat in London quite soon.

Having a meeting with a documentary maker on Tuesday.

Will be spending a couple of months in Spain this winter to get used to heat and speaking Spanish.

They speak Catalan not Spanish where I am going.

Nearly got Trench Foot.

Going to another festival (Shambala) on Wednesday - I may be sometime.

seems like you are neglecting and rejecting your anxious blog-readers for partying and you know what rather than pursuing your original cause!

I agree, it's not making sense. Maybe he's a guy who likes partying too much to go away and be alone in the jungle. Bet you all a fiver he still hasnt left by christmas!

Re: money raising/saving. What i don't understand is I thought ditchmonkey has studied law at Oxford.

Surely this opens up the possibilities of raising and saving money way way way beyond 'Working at Glastonbury next year'?
That'll disappear on rent on the London flat and entertainment in no time.
